EuroBean bietet Einblicke in die Schokoladenproduktion, vom Anbau der Kakaobohnen bis zum Endprodukt, um den Verbrauchern den Wert von Bio- und Fair-Trade-Schokolade zu vermitteln.
Bean to Bar
Bewusste Beschaffung bester Zutaten, handwerkliche Verarbeitung mit viel Liebe zum Detail, gesundheitliche Aspekte - darum und um alles andere Wissenswerte rund um Bean-to-Bar-Schokolade geht es beim EuroBean Chocolate Festival.
Fairness
Die Schokoladenhersteller von EuroBean nehmen das Konzept 'Bio und Fair' sehr ernst. Die damit verbundenen Philosophien 'von der Bohne bis zur Tafel', biologischer Anbau und fairer Handel sind wichtige Faktoren des Festivals.
Bio
Warum legen wir den Schwerpunkt auf Bio-Lebensmittel? Genau wie bei der besten Schokolade und den Süßigkeiten, die wir anbieten, wollen wir nur die guten Sachen präsentieren.
